10 BROKE SILENCE AT AJE TODAY
As part of its innovative approaches toward addressing the growing cases of child sexual abuse, BSiN presented a prevention program to students of Aje Comprehensive Jnr High School Sabo, Yaba-Lagos, today, the 17th day of July, 2019 on the theme: “Arming Children with Knowledge, A guide against Sexual Molestation”
No fewer than 10 school children broke prolonged silence on sexual abuse, 6 of whom have been experiencing attempted molestation by their relatives. They were properly counseled and follow up strategy initiated.Part of the outreach exercise include, the distribution of support materials to facilitate academic learning, as well as BSiN branded T-shirts.
In a special remark, the principal of the college, expressed heartfelt appreciation to BSiN and her team, for extending to them such humanitarian services.
