Mrs. Phoebe Dooshima Awange has had a notable career in the hospitality industry, spanning over 10 years where she served in various capacities; her proficiency and versatility earned her several managerial positions, culminated at several intervals as top management executive saddled with corporate management, front office management, and human resources management. Her broad experiences within these years traversed areas such as Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Directing, Coordinating, and Reporting.
With over three years’ experience in Child Protection, Content Creation, Economic Empowerment of Vulnerable Children and Young Adults, Preventive Education, and Effective Advocacy Skills, she successfully carried out campaigns and advocacy within the Lagos environs and the Benue communities.
She is presently the Founder and President of Break The Silence Initiative Nigeria (BSiN), and the Chief Executive Officer, Phoebe Construction Engineering Nigeria Limited. She hails from Buruku Local Government Area, Benue State, Nigeria.
Educational Qualifications:
Phoebe obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc) Degree in Political Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration (B.Sc) at the University of Lagos. She also obtained a Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) in Business Education at the Federal College of Education, Akoka.
